More Freedom: Another benefit that a lot of people take advantage of with working from home is the freedom it affords them. There are a lot of things that people like to do with their free time, whether that’s spending time with their family, pursuing hobbies, or just relaxing. Working at the Office

Disadvantages of Working at Home

  • It is easy to lose track of time: working from home can be a lot more difficult than working in an office because you don’t have a set schedule. This can lead you to work longer days than you might need to. You may also find yourself checking your email or Facebook account every five minutes when you should be working.

Disadvantages of Working in an Office

Here are some of the disadvantages of working in an office: – 

  • – Working from the office will require that you follow strict schedules or office/operating hours as stipulated by the company. This means you don’t have the choice to change or manage your work schedule. You do not have the freedom to leave anytime you want.
  • – You have to follow a dress because employees are not allowed to wear clothes of their own choice.
  • – Employees are not allowed to use the internet on their personal computers at work.
